Fire doors are the single most commonly failed element of passive fire protection. We inspect and record every door against current guidance and give you a door-by-door schedule with photographs, a clear pass or fail, and prioritised remedial actions.

Not necessarily — existing doors can often be assessed as satisfactory for their purpose without third-party certification, particularly in older buildings. What matters is whether the door will do its job. We'll tell you when a door genuinely needs replacing and when it doesn't.
